Sand & Gravel Dispatcher North TexasOur client, a rapidly growing aggregates company in North Texas, is seeking a Sand & Gravel Dispatcher to manage daily truck dispatch across North Texas and Southern Oklahoma. With 130150 trucks running daily and a 12+ month backlog, they need a high-performing dispatcher to help scale operations.Position: Sand & Gravel Dispatcher Location: North Texas (Relocation Provided) Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance bonusWhat You'll Do:Dispatch and coordinate 130150 gravel trucks dailyAssign routes, schedule loads, and track deliveriesCommunicate with drivers, vendors, and clientsEnsure compliance with DOT and internal policiesUse dispatching software to manage routes and timingCollaborate with leadership in a team-first environmentWhat You Bring:5+ years in dispatch (sand, gravel, or aggregates)Strong knowledge of North TX and Southern OK routesBilingual (English/Spanish) preferredAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume settingProficiency in dispatching/routing systemsPerks & Benefits:Bonus (10%+ of wages, paid twice yearly)401(k) with 6% match100% health insurance for employeesFamily plan available or opt-out allowancePaid vacation: 1 week after 1 year 2 weeks after 2 years 3 weeks after 5 years8 paid holidaysRelocation: Movers, gas, food, hotel all coveredCulture: This is a family-run business with values rooted in faith, mutual respect, and putting people first.
