Essential Functions:
1. Administers various human resources plans and programs for all company personnel, assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures, and prepares and maintains manuals as required.
2. Participates in the development of department goals, objectives, and systems.
3. Administers the organization's pension and benefits programs. This will include such functions as claims resolution, change reporting, and approving invoices for payment.
4. Develops and maintains affirmative action programs, files EEO-1 report annually, and maintains other records.
5. Oversees recruitment effort for all personnel. Conducts new employee orientations and writes/places advertisements.
6.Handles employee relations issues as assigned.
7. Maintains HRIS data and records. Compiles reports as required.
8. Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
