This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment and eager to support the full cycle hiring process. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience across diverse communities.To be considered for this role, you must complete a full application on our company careers page, including all screening questions and a brief pre-employment test.Position ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesAssist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.Support bilingual recruitment efforts by sourcing and communicating with Spanish-speaking candidates.Collaborate with hiring teams to understand staffing needs and job requirements.Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication.Participate in job fairs, community outreach, and other talent acquisition events.Assist with onboarding processes and new hire documentation.Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies.Candidate QualificationsWonder If You Are A Good Fit For This Position?All positive, and driven applicants are encouraged to apply.
