If so, apply now as we are looking for a Flight Logistics & Scheduling Coordinator to join our Fort Lauderdale team to ensure successful mission delivery for one of Air Partner’s key accounts, based at FLL airport. Support includes assisting with flight scheduling, early morning flight departures, arranging catering and packages for flights, passenger check-in and aircraft operator relationships.


This is a part time role of 20 hours a week normally, at a rate of $24 per hour. We will need the successful candidate to be able to work the early shifts mentioned on Tuesdays and Fridays and any other hours can be worked on other days of the week. This can be discussed further at interview.


You will:


• Assist with monthly flight scheduling

• Coordinate packages and materials for regularly scheduled flights departing from Ft Lauderdale - this involves early starts of 5am Eastern on Tuesdays and Fridays

• Arrange catering

• Check in passengers

• Assist incoming passengers with transfer to the commercial terminals

• Engage with aircraft operators for successful mission delivery

• Other tasks as directed by the Manager


What we are looking for:


• Previous work experience in an aviation-related discipline.

• The flexibility to work early shifts on Tuesdays and Fridays (5am start).

• General knowledge of aviation, geography and travel logistics.

• Private aviation knowledge of Part 135 operations is desired.

• An understanding of the US and international charter market and regulatory environment preferred.

• A determined and accountable individual with a strong work ethic.

• Organization skills with the ability to prioritize in time-sensitive situations.

• Elite level attention to detail.

• Customer-focus with strong interpersonal skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• A creative, adaptable, and inquisitive in nature.

• A solution-oriented outlook and an ability to solve complex logistical puzzles daily.

• A flexible and supportive team player that is strong and self-motivated to also work independently.

• An ability to work holidays and variable shifts as needed.

• IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
