Director Of Talent AcquisitionThe Talent Acquisition Director leads the strategic recruitment function of the organization. This role is responsible for developing and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent across all departments. The director collaborates with senior leadership to align hiring practices with business goals and ensures a seamless candidate experience. The director is accountable for ensuring revenue targets and capacity needs are met by proactively recruiting talent to meet the needs of all business units. This position leads and coaches recruitment team on best-in-class recruiting strategies and processes to support the company's rapid growth. The director proactively works with business leaders and human resources business partners to identify talent gaps; builds and leads the execution of a plan to address these needs. Specific responsibilities include dissecting and reinventing the talent acquisition process, developing best-in-class capability, optimization of system for recruiting, sourcing strategy, driving recruitment activities, filling the Lifespark talent pipeline with qualified candidates, establishing a partnership network, and selling the Lifespark culture and model to prospective candidates and the market at large. Drive initiatives for a creative candidate generation to ensure a diverse pipeline is available to meet the needs of the business. That's where our people come in - from accounting and health technology to front-line nurses, advanced practice professionals, caregivers and everything in between, we are all invested entrepreneurs focused on helping people age magnificently.Position Functions & Responsibilities:Business Strategy and SupportDevelop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with company objectives with consideration of census growthOptimize recruitment process for seamless candidate and hiring manager experience with associated development, tracking and report on the effectiveness of the processesLead and mentor the recruitment team, fostering a high-performance cultureBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsOversee sourcing strategies, including employer branding, social media, and job boardsManage relationships with external partners (e.g., universities, recruitment agencies, HR tech vendors) and associated budgetMonitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to optimize performanceEnsure compliance with employment laws and internal policiesCollaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planningQualifications:Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related fieldMinimum of 8 years' experience working as a recruiter in an agency or corporate settingMinimum 5 years' experience managing people and teamsAt least 1 year of experience recruiting clinical candidates in a healthcare vertical.
