The Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide essential administrative and scheduling support to the Talent Acquisition team during a period of significant hiring. Working closely with the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and a team of three recruiters, this role will coordinate interviews, support candidate communications, maintain ATS accuracy, and ensure a smooth experience for applicants and internal stakeholders as the organization prepares to hire 80–90 employees in Q1. Roles & Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones for a high-volume recruiting team Support candidate communication, ensuring a timely and exceptional experience Maintain accurate records and data within ATS systems (Greenhouse) Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support day-to-day recruiting operations Assist with preparation for onboarding and administrative tasks as hiring volume increases Navigate HR systems such as BambooHR and Employer Navigator, ensuring data accuracy Provide general administrative support during a period of rapid headcount growth Required Skills & Experience: Experience coordinating interviews and supporting a Talent Acquisition team in a high-volume environment Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail Personable, polished, and professional communication style Ability to work efficiently in ATS and HRIS systems; Greenhouse and BambooHR experience preferred Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting Proactive, mature, and comfortable operating in a remote, focused, and professional environment
