They are looking for a Business Manager to provide operational support and contribute to the success of their SMB team.Role Summary: As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and planning, assisting with budget management, travel coordination, hiring, and onboarding activities. You will play a crucial role in setting up a new team and helping them succeed.Key Responsibilities:- Support day-to-day operations and planning.- Assist with budget management and travel coordination.- Contribute to team setup and hiring activities.- Assist with onboarding and training new team members.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.- Partner with communications team to land internal content.Experience We Are Looking For To Drive Success:MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:- 8-10 years of overall experience in the field.- Strong written communication skills, with experience creating newsletters and professional emails.- Experience supporting large teams, ideally in a global setting.- Proficiency in the Microsoft suite, especially Excel and Power BI.- Willingness to learn CoPilot if not already familiar.Preferred Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or a data certification (e.g., power BI or excel certification).- Previous Microsoft experience.- Business management or generalist background.- Experience working in a high-speed environment.Exciting Opportunity:This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with digital startups and ISVs, helping them succeed in the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem.
