Outside Sales RepresentativeWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships and developing new business opportunities with clients. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients and pitching our products and services to them. You will be traveling to various client locations to deliver presentations, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts. In addition, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. To excel in this role, you must have a thorough understanding of the sales process and a strong ability to identify client needs and present solutions. You should be comfortable working independently and have a high level of self-motivation. Strong organizational and time management skills are also essential.Reports to: Sales ManagerMinimum Qualifications:Extensive, demonstrable knowledge of electrical products and their functionsMinimum 3 years sales experienceAbility to travel and make sales calls at customer locationsAbility to comprehend, read, and communicate in English both orally and in writingValid driver's license and a driving record that meets CED required standardsMath skills including calculating percentages, decimals, and discount multipliersPreferred Qualifications:College degreeWorking Conditions:Conditions vary based on the customer location and may include construction, warehouse, manufacturing, office, or external environments. Some activities may include walking, standing, climbing in various conditions including extreme heat or cold.
