Our client, a prominent boutique law practice located in Philadelphia, is seeking a Contract Attorney. This position will work closely on exciting projects of the firm in a hybrid capacity. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in Personal Injury or Medical Malpractice, and resides in the Philadelphia area.

This role will support ongoing projects and upcoming trial preparations for approximately 3-6 months.


Responsibilities

  • Detailed document reviews and analysis of medical, educational, and mental health records and drafting review summaries
  • Draft and review discovery requests
  • Client communication
  • Assist in deposition preparations
  • Attend depositions (remotely)
  • Assist in trial preparations


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Personal Injury or Medical Malpractice
  • Law degree from an accredited law school with admission to the Pennsylvania Bar
  • Experience drafting and reviewing medical summaries
  • Experience reviewing discovery requests
