This senior leadership role requires demonstrated ability to develop and manage a strong team focused on delivering value to the client while working within process requirements of both the client and JLL. You'll play a lead role in developing and executing an integrated strategy for your team to support the business unit's overall strategy while partnering with other service line leaders and Operations teams to achieve account team goals through superior client service and project execution.What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:Strategically direct all project management activities and manage 40+ geographically dispersed project management professionals through authentic communication and active listeningLead and develop the project management team in providing superior client service and project execution while fostering people-centric environments that promote growth and accountabilityPartner strategically with other service line leaders (Facilities, Programs, Occupancy Planning, Transactions, Operations) in achieving account team goals through collaborative relationshipsBuild and maintain trusted advisory relationships with client and account leadership to ensure strategic alignment and project success across all organizational levelsCreate solution-oriented environments where teams consistently seek leading edge project management practices through continuous improvement initiativesEnsure Team Leads and Project Managers exceed Client targets and account business plan through thoughtful questions, tactical decisions, and leading by exampleDevelop and deliver successful KPIs while effectively identifying and mitigating project risks through oversight and tactical decision-makingRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction ManagementMinimum 10 years managing geographically diverse teamsMinimum 10 years experience managing design and construction of multiple projects across broad geography in office/retail environmentsAbility to work in fast-paced environment, demonstrating ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in dynamic environmentAbility to create and effectively present Executive Level presentationsExperience in Building and Delivering Capital PlanningStrong understanding of real estate life cycle and proven ability to collaborate with transaction managers, facility managers, engineers, and planning teamsStrong working knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling, and process as they relate to corporate real estateAbility to travel throughout United States, estimated at 40%Preferred Qualifications:MBA or advanced degree in Engineering or ArchitectureExperience serving Financial Services clientsLeadership experience in retail construction and project managementExperience working directly for General Contractor in Retail/Office verticalsExperience with Operations & Program teams in coordination and strategy developmentKnowledge of merchandising, technology, fixtures, furniture, and branding coordinationAdvanced experience in KPI development and deliveryTrack record of creating environments with strong morale and team developmentProven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships based on mutual trust and respectLocation:Remote Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, Chicago, IL, Los Angeles, CA, Miami, FL, Minneapolis, MN, New York, NY, Phoenix, AZ, Sacramento, CAEstimated compensation for this position: 180,000.00 250,000.00 USD per year. This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
