Position Overview: As an Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, helping manufacturers across America find the perfect equipment solutions to enhance their productivity and profitability. You'll play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the process of purchasing CNC machinery.


Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients through various channels including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Cultivate strong relationships by understanding their unique requirements and offering tailored solutions.


  • Product Knowledge: Become an expert in our inventory of CNC machinery. Educate clients on the features, benefits, and applications of different equipment options to help them make informed decisions.


  • Sales Process Management: Guide clients through the entire sales process from initial inquiry to closing the deal. Provide exceptional customer service and support at every stage, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.


  • Networking: Expand our client base by actively networking within the manufacturing industry. Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to connect with potential clients and industry professionals.


  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our internal team including account managers, technicians, and administrative staff to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of services to clients.


Qualifications:

  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or machinery industry. Experience with CNC machinery sales is a plus.


  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.


  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help clients succeed. Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.


  • Drive and Initiative: Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
