We are in search of an experienced Scrum Master who possesses outstanding communication abilities, can secure stakeholder engagement, and embraces a servant leadership approach. This role involves spearheading a significant shift from Waterfall methodologies to Agile frameworks. You will be responsible for facilitating the Scrum process, removing impediments, and ensuring that the team adheres to Agile practices.


Responsibilities:

Lead the company-wide implementation of Agile Scrum practices.

Mentor and train the team in Agile Scrum methodologies.

Foster a collaborative environment to ensure the delivery of superior products.

Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage and refine the product backlog.


Your Role:

Conduct Scrum events including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Act as a barrier remover to facilitate smooth team operations.

Proactively identify and resolve issues impeding team performance.

Drive ongoing progress through reflective retrospectives and constructive feedback.

Keep stakeholders informed about project developments, potential risks, and issues.

Monitor key performance indicators to guide teams towards timely delivery of top-tier products.

Confirm adherence to Scrum practices and Agile values by the team.


Essential Skills and Experience:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

A minimum of 7 years’ experience in a Scrum Master capacity.

In-depth understanding of Agile Scrum tenets and procedures.

Exceptional communication and people skills.

Proficient in problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Skilled in leading and executing Scrum ceremonies.

A foundational grasp of programming concepts and database queries.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).

Additional certifications like SAFe and Kanban are advantageous.

Competence in collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams.
