Program/ Project Team Facilitator


  • Quality/Compliance Professional will effectively help leadership team by refining, streamlining, and organizing executive-level programs and initiatives. Leveraging management and administrative skills to guide the leadership team through strategic discussions across organizational levels
  • Knowledgeable about audit programs and digital tools to execute programs
  • Establish communication channels and provide meeting structure Establish communication channels and provide structured meeting frameworks
  • Facilitation expertise in guiding a team through the project initiation through completion, managing timelines and deliverables
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Notes/Action Tracking
  • Ability to identify and track interdependencies between programs/projects/deliverables
  • Must have working experience with MS Teams Sites and tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effectively work with senior leadership


Experience:


  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in program/project management.
  • Proven experience in facilitating programs and managing project deliverables.


Education:


University/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
