Step into the role of Operations Manager, where your expertise will truly make a difference. This pivotal position calls for an inspirational leader with a background in home building to MOTIVATE, EDUCATE, DIRECT, and MENTOR our new construction residential team to unprecedented heights of success. By holding them accountable to quality work and offering necessary training, you will lay the foundation for their advancement and our company's growth.

Your ability to evaluate, interpret, and scrutinize our market area is critical to this role, ensuring our Plumbing team consistently surpasses objectives and goals during the duration of the projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the new construction team members.
  • Perform weekly meetings with each department in order to maintain progress.
  • Manage hiring and the overall project management and field operations team.
  • Set performance goals, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate career growth opportunities for employees.
  • Able to resolve any issues arising from project or field
  • Oversee the planning and execution of plumbing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Perform weekly job site visits to monitor crew performance, schedules, quality, safety, material, equipment and budgets are under control
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and manage the department's budget, analyzing financial data and making strategic decisions to achieve profitability targets.
  • Identify cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities to expand the multifamily department 's client base.
  • Responsible for Builders and Customer relations
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, promoting the company's services and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the estimator and marketing team to develop effective strategies to increase market share.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on the latest plumbing technologies, trends, and innovations.

Minimum Requirements

· 10 years or more of previous residential construction experience is a must.

· 5 years or more of plumbing management experience preferred.

· OSHA 30

· Strong knowledge of mechanical systems.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

· Must enjoy leading a team to reach their maximum potential.

· Strong business acumen and desire continue learning.

· Ability to analyze and understand financial data
