Summary/objective

The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective delivery of restoration services, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering strong client relationships. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive operational excellence.

•Oversee day-to-day operations within the designated region, including project management, resource allocation, workflow coordination, sales and financial operations.
•Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
•Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, field teams and administrative staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
•Collaborate with senior management to establish goals, objectives, and performance metrics for the region, and monitor progress towards achieving targets.
•Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies and procedures.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance companies, third party administrators, industry partners, key commercial relationships and other key stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
•Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess operational progress, address any issues or concerns, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
•Analyze operational data, financial reports, and other performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, enhance service delivery, and maximize operational efficiency.
•Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and develop new business opportunities.

Supervisory responsibilities

Oversees all operational, administrative and financial staff throughout the operational region

Work environment

Office and administrative environments

Residential and commercial work sites

Physical demands

Prolonged periods of sitting in vehicles and at a desk

Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds at a time

Prolonged periods of exposure to noise created by power tools, equipment and heavy machinery

Exposure to standard work site environments

Travel required

Consistent travel throughout the operational region

Required education and experience
•3-5 years of proven experience in operations management at the General Manager/Branch Manager level (or higher) within the disaster restoration or construction industry.
•OSHA Training & Certifications
•Certification in disaster restoration (e.g., IICRC certification)

Preferred education and experience
•Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Disaster Management, Education, or a related discipline).
