Aircraft Cabin CleanerThe Aircraft Cabin Cleaner position provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area within the Aircraft at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.Basic Qualifications:Must be 18 years of age or olderMust meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including a ten-year work history if availableMust be able to communicate with basic English languageMust be able to use computers for trainingPreferred Qualifications:1 year of similar work experienceGeneral Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall appearance, safety, and security of the aircraft.Specific Duties/Essential Job Functions:Responsible for cleaning all areas of the aircraft.Crew rest and bunk areasLavatoriesGalleysCabin AreaProvisioningThe correct safety card is placed in each seatback.Linens and headsets are properly provisioned.Ensuring all areas of the aircraft are free of debris.Security searches as required.Miscellaneous duties as assigned.Physical Demands: The individual may be required to stand and walk for 2/3 or more of the work shift. Individuals may be required to talk, hear, and use their hands to handle or feel, bend, and/or crawl for 2/3 or more of the work shift. Individuals may be required to lift 50 pounds or more for up to 2/3 of the work shift.Work Environment: The work environment has a moderate to high noise level.Specific Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability: Language Skills, Math Skills, Reasoning Ability, Grooming, General Company Requirements, Education, Experience.
