Contract Attorney Responsibilities:
- Contract reviewal for consulting, professional services, design, construction and real estate agreements across multiple law practice areas
- Work closely with procurement and internal resources with key commercial and legal considerations
- Prepare and provide information on contract activity and various criteria
- Respond to internal requests for contract reviewal
Manage the end-to-end life cycle of vendor agreements
Contract Attorney Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree required
- 3+ years of experience with contract reviewal within a corporate legal or finance department
- Contract reviewal for consulting, professional services, design, construction and real estate agreements across multiple law practice areas
