Veteran Firm Seeking Data Entry and Word Processing Clerk for Assignment in Kingston, NY

Executive Summary: HRUCKUS is seeking a Data Entry Clerk with 2+ years of experience performing administrative support functions for a role in Kingston, NY.
Position Duties:
- Reading document content to visually-impaired staff person.
- Filing.
- Converting documents to a different format, such as Adobe or Word.
- Utilizing an online case management system.
- Answering participant phone calls.
- Follow up with participants via phone, email, etc.
- Traveling with the staff person for participation in intakes/meetings, document retrieval, scanning/copying/faxing documents, preparing written correspondence, processing mail, and other duties as deemed necessary.
Position Requirements:
- A seasoned professional with years of experience working in an office environment is preferred, although not required.
- Computer literacy is a must, the person should be able to navigate around the computer and be familiar with applications such as Adobe and Word.
- Should be familiar with office machines such as copiers, scanners, faxes, and printers.

- Estimated Start Date for Services: 5/1/2024.
