We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Clinic Manager in Rockford, Illinois at a medical office. The Clinic Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing our administrative operations, managing office personnel, and ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.


Responsibilities:

• Train and supervise office staff

• Manage the scheduling of patients

• Review payment plans with patients

• Facilitate office staff meetings

• Ensure compliance with regulatory procedures.

• Handle patient complaints and provide feedback

• Supply ordering

• Coordinate training for clinic staff

• Monitor and maintain the office budget.

• Participate in marketing events.

• Maintain team members' weekly schedule.


Hours:

Monday – Wednesday 8:45am – 5:00pm

Thursday 7:45am - 4:00pm

Friday 6:45am – 3:00pm

2 Saturdays per month


Requirements:

  • A bachelor degree or equivalent
  • 3-4 Years of experience in office administration
  • 2 Years of Office management experience
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Google Suites.
