Job Overview

The Director, Digital Transformation will be instrumental in driving Northwest Surgical Development’s digital strategy. This role involves overseeing business intelligence, customer relationship management, practice management, and electronic health record platforms. The director will lead initiatives to leverage data and technology to improve operational efficiency and support the company's growth and expansion. Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of digital transformation strategies across the organization
  • Overseeing business intelligence initiatives to provide actionable insights through reporting and analytics
  • Managing customer relationship management (CRM) platforms to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Overseeing practice management platforms to streamline operations and improve service delivery
  • Managing electronic health record (EHR) platforms to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive digital initiatives
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to support digital transformation
  • Managing vendor relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital solutions

Minimum Qualifications:

Proven experience in digital transformation, business intelligence, and platform management

8+ years of progressive experience in IT roles

Four (4) year college degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

  • Deep understanding of healthcare IT and have held positions of expanding responsibility within this vertical
  • Possess exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks/projects, while working independently
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for finding improvements and creatively solving problems
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines
  • Communicate effectively and confidently with external partners, key stakeholders, and end users
  • Proven ability to quickly learn complex business processes


This position is based in the Denver office, with some hybrid days subject to manager discretion. However, we are open to considering remote candidates depending on the experience and qualifications, at the discretion of the hiring manager. Some travel is required. This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.


Compensation:

The anticipated range for this position is $170,000 to $180,000 per year plus an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay may vary based on experience, performance, and qualifications.
