Pulm/CC/Sleep - Kansas City - Take Over Established Practice - $150k Loan Repayment

I am searching for a Pulmonary Critical Care Physician join a 212-bed hospital, 501c3 non-profit system in Kansas City, Missouri area. The incoming provider will provider will provide roughly 50/50 pulmonary to critical care services but will have flexibility to practice what they are comfortable with. There is also a massive opportunity to take over a retiring physician's practice, including sleep studies.
