Responsible for appointment scheduling and all patient date base management; greeting and receiving patients and families; collecting and receipting payments and co-pays; answering phone lines, receiving and relaying messages accurately and timely; patient record management; scanning in#patient chart; scanning current correspondence to electronic records; and maintaining an efficient and presentable front desk and reception area. Education High School Diploma or equivalent#required. Experience Three years of medical office or healthcare administrative experience needed. Emphasis on financial or insurance related work is a plus.
