Key Qualifications:
As a Customer Experience Representative, you are responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions. You will be a part of an elite team of professionals who are dedicated to ensuring the customer’s experience is positive and memorable.
Essential duties & responsibilities:
- Provide timely customer service responses.
- Follow customer support guidelines as established by customer experience supervisor.
- Answering customer inquiries, diagnoses and resolves customer issues.
- Fulfill customer service requests via phone, email, email, chat, or in person.
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships and excellent customer service.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content.
- Maintaining a sound understanding and adherence to the Client's quality policies.
- Must be proficient or able to learn the use of Netsuite ERP system.
- Be a knowledge expert with the Client's products and provide product information.
- Work closely with other departments including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure customer needs are being met and products are being developed in a customer centric manner.
- Open/close procedures for retail space.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers.
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties as necessary.
Skills, knowledge & education:
- High School degree or equivalent education required.
- 1-3 years of customer service or related experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including active listening.
- Proven initiative and creative approaches to problem solving.
- Adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
- MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail, goal oriented.
- Able to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
