You’ll collaborate with a tight-knit team to deliver reliable, intuitive software that supports mission success and empowers users through smarter automation and analytics.Schedule and Work DetailsLocation: R&ETelework: Not specified (onsite expected)Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, standard day shiftClearance: Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (must be active)Here's What Your Day-to-Day Might IncludeGather requirements and enhance existing corporate software toolsCollaborate directly with customers and analysts to understand mission needs and automate workflowsDesign and implement user-friendly interfaces that simplify data interaction and visualizationBuild and integrate Python-based services and APIs for backend supportContribute to and extend team applications and infrastructure across multiple systems and technology stacksCreate innovative data visualizations and task automation solutionsManage the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from concept to deliverySupport system documentation and ongoing sustainment of production toolsMinimum QualificationsClearance: Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (must be active). We do not have the ability to sponsor clearances.Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen. We cannot sponsor visas.Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and twelve (12) years of software engineering experienceOR sixteen (16) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degreeRequired SkillsExperience developing with JavaScript, HTML, and CSSProficiency with UI frameworks such as ReactStrong Python development skills, including scripting and backend servicesFamiliarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or SQLiteExperience with Python ORM frameworks (Django or similar)Working knowledge of Docker containerizationFamiliarity with GitLab CI/CD pipelinesAbility to work collaboratively in small, cross-functional teams across diverse technology stacksDesired SkillsPrior experience supporting CNO missions or operationsUnderstanding of network protocols and cyber data setsKnowledge of 508 compliance in UI designExperience analyzing cybersecurity or SIGINT data (network traffic, OS events, etc.)Familiarity with end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systemsCompensation Range: $199,000.00 - $262,000.00 *The salary range provided reflects an estimate based on current market trends and may be adjusted based on factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. The final offer will be tailored after a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s background and suitability for the role.
