Job Description Accounts Payable ClerkLocation: Detroit, MI Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role Ultimate Staffing is seeking detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerks with at least 2+ years of experience in accounts payable to support our local Detroit, MI clients. These opportunities vary from project-based to full-time open positions. This is a general application. Positions can vary in pay, location, (Metro Detroit) and scheduled depending on client requirements. Please submit your resume for consideration. Key Responsibilities Process vendor invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies. Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries promptly. Assist with month-end closing and reporting requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations. Qualifications 2+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate setting. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar). Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
