Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Associate Attorney. In this position, you will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating on behalf of clients, and handling all aspects of insurance coverage and property insurance litigation cases. You will collaborate with a team of attorneys to represent and advocate for our clients.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the field of law, with a focus on insurance coverage and property insurance litigation
  • Strong knowledge of labor and employment law
  • Excellent research skills
  • Ability to provide sound legal advice
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to analyze and interpret legal documents
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the State Bar of Georgia
  • Experience in trial advocacy is a plus
