Experience/Other Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in senior project or portfolio management roles, specifically in a technical environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale and complex technical projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Experience in portfolio management, including project prioritization, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) methodology and ability to align project goals with company OKRs. Experience in measuring and reporting project progress and outcomes in relation to these OKRs.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.). A Master's degree is a plus.
