Solve Quality Concerns for High Profile Customers Sponsorship and/or Relocation Offered About Our Client Our client is an industry-leading manufacturer of fasteners and other metal-machined components. Job Description Handle customer complaints and corrective actions for major automotive OEMs directly Works hands-on in performing final inspections and report non-conformances Work on non-conformance reporting and preventative actions Collaborate with site level leaders to understand quality issues, work through containment and validation Report out to leadership groups on site and at different sites to ensure alignment on customer quality Involvement in ISO9001 audits Work through root causes analysis and general problem solving with methods like 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa, and more MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Bachelors degree in engineering or related field preferred 3-5+ years of quality engineering experience within metal fasteners, screws or pins REQUIRED, or similar metal fabrication experience serving automotive OEMs Proficiency with ISO9001 Strong ability to communicate with customers and handle corrective actions REQUIRED Extensive experience with problem solving - 8D, 5Why, Fishbone, Ishkawa, etc REQUIRED Experience with control plans and PFMEA REQUIRED Knowledge of IATF 16949 - preferred Six Sigma/SPC knowledge - preferred APQP/PPAP experience - preferred What's on Offer Salary up to 110,000 depending on tenure and interviews 2-3 weeks of PTO 6% 401k match Very competitive health care/insurance offerings Gym membership reimbursement Life and Disability Insurance Relocation Offered Sponsorship Offered Contact Ed Lieser Quote job ref JN-102025-6853086
