Our client, one of the most highly regarded pharmaceutical/life sciences companies in the world is on the hunt for a visionary Senior Director, Talent Solutions to spearhead their talent acquisition strategy into a new era.

The position is a unique blend of art and science, requiring a deep understanding of the latest technology, practices, and systems that fuel the Talent Acquisition process to perform extraordinarily.



The right candidate will be the driver in our efforts to not only identify and implement cutting-edge talent solutions but also to weave these innovations seamlessly into our organizational fabric, ensuring agility, efficiency, and effectiveness in our talent strategies.




Core Responsibilities:

  • Innovative Talent Program Design: Craft and launch global talent acquisition strategies, marrying sourcing tactics with recruitment marketing and a compelling employer brand narrative.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with HR and executive leadership to dissect and optimize talent process workflows, identifying gaps and aligning solutions with overarching business objectives.
  • Trend Analysis and Implementation: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest in talent and technology trends, integrating these insights into strategic planning.
  • Operational Excellence: Supervise the selection, deployment, and advancement of talent systems and technologies, ensuring their alignment with global talent initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics to evaluate the impact of talent initiatives, pinpointing opportunities for enhancement.
  • Leadership and Development: Mentor the talent team and business leaders, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and strategic execution.
  • Process and System Innovation: Develop and institute robust processes and systems to underpin global talent strategies.
  • Program Management: Ensure the seamless delivery and execution of talent programs, setting benchmarks for success and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 15 years in Talent (TA/Talent Management Talent Strategy), with a preference for backgrounds in high-tech, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Skills Set: A thorough grasp of talent acquisition principles, expertise in talent technologies (including ATS), and a history of implementing transformative strategies. Must have a very high Emotional IQ and the ability to get "buy-in" for new ideas/concepts
  • Leadership Qualities: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of guiding teams through complex scenarios.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical capabilities, with a knack for leveraging data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Operational Design: Experience in crafting and deploying operational processes that elevate talent strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of internal and external partners.
