Key Responsibilities:


  • Implement and support Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Purchasing, Order Management, Pricing, and Warehouse Management Services, for client projects.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to SCM processes and recommend solutions to meet business needs.
  • Conduct requirement workshops with business leads and document the outcomes
  • Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules to align with business processes and requirements.
  • Provide expert-level support for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules, including issue resolution, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct user training and create documentation to support the use of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM with other modules and third-party systems.
  • Keep abreast of updates and new features in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and advise on their implementation.
  • Create functional design documents and work with developers for custom extensions
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
  • Participates in competency group’s initiatives around creation of internal tools, reusable artifacts and solutions.


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Key Skills: Oracle SCM Cloud, Fusion Cloud, WMS & Inventory.
  • Core Expertise in Oracle SCM Cloud – Oracle Demand Planning and Oracle Warehouse Management modules.
  • Experience in Inventory configurations and functionality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience working with Oracle SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Warehouse Management Services and Procurement.
  • Implementation Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Oracle SCM Cloud certification is a plus.
  • Preferably based at Atlanta, otherwise willing to travel frequently and regularly.
  • Experience in large global – multi country and multi-phase transformation programs.
  • Experience on retail customer projects, with multiple stores and franchise model.
