Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Practice Manager. Our office manager must have operations experience and excel in sales and managing a medical practice, be marketing savvy, possess strong financial management and reporting acumen, excel at strategic planning, and be comfortable with compliance and regulatory management. Key character traits sought include: effective written and verbal communication, inspiring leadership, integrity, and high personal accountability. Daily tasks include supervising staff, managing patient flow, and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.


Qualifications

  • Experience in medical practice management, including managing staff and overseeing daily operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in private practice medical/dental management
