** $75K - $80K annual salary plus, full benefits, 401k match up to 6%, life insurance, annual bonus, PTO**



The Position:


  • Optimize productivity by managing personnel, workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Quickly address and resolve production issues to minimize downtime
  • Identify and fix recurring problems by working closely with leads and operators
  • Work with production and maintenance teams to develop and implement effective Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategies
  • Mentor Area Leads to sustain improvements and enhance safety, quality, productivity, and delivery
  • Ensure accurate production reporting and inventory management

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on production supervision experience in manufacturing
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
  • Strong mechanical skills with proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently
  • Excellent leadership abilities, with a focus on coaching and mentoring
  • Strong team player, capable of building and maintaining relationships across various departments and organizational levels
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a plus
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their application in a manufacturing setting is a plus
  • Solid understanding of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
  • Experience with the extrusion process is a plus
