Position Summary

As a Consultant, you will lead critical AI consulting engagements, applying your deep knowledge of AI technologies and business strategy to deliver innovative solutions to our clients. The offerings will range from providing strategic advice through full AI product development. We are building our client delivery team and are looking for talented consultants at every stage of their career to join our team. You will work closely with client teams to understand their challenges and design AI-driven strategies to achieve their business objectives.


LOCATION: Open to Chicago or New York.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, or participate in leading, AI consulting projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect AI solutions that address client needs and drive tangible business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and craft tailored AI solutions.
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, gaining deep insights into their business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Conduct data analysis and apply machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • Utilize your expertise in AI technologies and industry trends to develop tailored AI strategies aligned with clients' business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and contribute to thought leadership initiatives, including white papers, webinars, and industry conferences.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to client stakeholders through clear, impactful presentations.
  • Contribute to the development of capabilities and offerings.
  • Mentor and support Analyst Consultants in their projects and professional development.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, with a preference for qualifications in computer science
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, with a strong focus on AI, machine learning, or data analytics projects.
  • Strong understanding of business strategy, market dynamics, and industry trends, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of leading successful projects and delivering impactful AI solutions.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning, data analysis, and AI technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
