In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leaderspartnering with state and local agencies to align Netsmarts innovative health and human services solutions with their organizational priorities. Youll leverage your expertise in enterprise sales and account management to strengthen partnerships, expand solution adoption, and drive measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate is a consultative sales professional who excels in navigating complex environments, fostering executive relationships, and identifying new opportunities for transformation. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and client success./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliFully accountable for attainment of annual sales quota for software licenses, maintenance, hosting, solutions and services for a small number of strategic client relationships/liliCultivate executive relationships that include C-Level leaders (department heads, administrators, commissioners, bureau chiefs, CIOs) and business counterparts to ensure growth of the client relationships and software transformational opportunities/liliMeet with clients to establish alignment plan parameters, build and nurture the relationship and assist in identifying further opportunities/liliDevelop communication strategies and effectively deploy them to share Netsmarts overall guiding principles and strategic imperatives, solution offerings, technology, and consulting services and how they relate to provide total client value and foster healthy client relationships/liliCollaborate across professional services, hosting and operations teams to bring the right resources to the client alignment and sales efforts/li/ulh3Qualifications Required/h3ulliBachelors degree or equivalent experience/liliAt least 5 years sales or account management experience with health care and/or technology services and solutions/liliAt least 5 years of Public Sector Enterprise Sales experience/liliDemonstrated ability to personally close and/or manage complex technical deals and partnerships/liliExceptional written and verbal communication skills/liliEffective presentation skills, including presentations in a sales capacity./liliStrong interpersonal skills with outstanding relationship building skills./liliEffectively collaborate and communicate with all levels of management and cross-functional teams./li/ulh3Preferred/h3ulliHealth and human services or post acute work experience/liliExperience developing, growing and sustaining revenue relationships with clients/liliExperience leveraging service-delivery for long-term clients/li/ulpExpectations/ppUp to 75% travel/ppNetsmart is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer, providing equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals.
