Founded in 2021, Jasper is a remote-first organization with team members across the US, France, and Australia.About The RoleAs the Senior Director of Sales at Jasper, you will lead the development of an Enterprise team, scaling and supporting them to drive market growth. In collaboration with other leaders, you will shape and expand Jasper's product and business strategies, setting a clear vision for the organization. Your role will involve cultivating a culture of excellence, nurturing leadership, and inspiring innovation.This fully remote role reports to the VP of Sales and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US in the CST or MST time zones.What You Will Do At JasperMotivate & inspire an Enterprise Sales team to exceed sales targetsCollaboratively contribute to sales management & strategies across all segmentsOptimize and improve sales motions in the Enterprise space, leveraging data to drive judgmentContribute to Jasper's product roadmap, specifically helping to productize solutions for our B2B customers and partnersCreate and enhance outbound activities to drive pipeline growthPrioritize new and existing leads flow through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interestIdentify and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent success across all members of the teamReinforce consistent usage and adoption of sales productivity tools such as SFDC and GongFoster a customer-centric, consultative approach with our customers to ensure a best-in-class experience from start to finishCollaborate in a fast-paced environment with multiple internal and external teamsWhat You Will Bring To Jasper10+ years experience in Enterprise SaaS sales3+ years of experience leading a team of sales professionalsA high-performing sales manager with a proven track record of consistently exceeding established measurements for goals and objectivesA skilled motivator with demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales staff to exceed targeted sales objectives and deliver high-quality service to customersProven ability to manage both direct and indirect employees in a matrix organizationCompensation RangeAt Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected OTE offered for this role is $350,000.
