Full Charge Bookkeeper Contract-to-HireSeeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper for a contract-to-hire role managing Full Charge Bookkeeping. Duties include QuickBooks management, AP/AR, maintaining separate operating checking accounts, preparing monthly invoice statements and roll-up reports, monitoring cash flow, and properly booking assets and depreciation schedules.Qualifications:Strong Full Charge Bookkeeping and QuickBooks experienceAP/AR and multi-entity accounting experienceAbility to manage cash flow and prepare accurate reportsKnowledge of asset booking and depreciation schedulesRequirements:Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and other accounting software.Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.Ability to prepare accurate financial statements and reports.Familiarity with asset booking and depreciation schedules.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in financial records.Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
