We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience using QuickBooks and a solid understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and invoicing. Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting tasks using QuickBooks Desktop. Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner. Prepare and send invoices; track and follow up on payments. Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures. Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing or payment inquiries Qualifications 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in an office setting. Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop – expert-level required. Solid understanding of A/R, A/P, and invoicing workflows. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills (Not Required) Experience working in the Construction or IT industry. Familiarity with payroll processing or sales tax filings.
