Partnerships Account ExecutiveThe Partnerships Team is one of Baselane's top strategic growth initiatives, with direct executive sponsorship and visibility. We're building partnerships with the platforms, associations, and service providers that real estate investors trust most, and turning those relationships into a scalable growth engine. We're hiring our first Partnerships Account Executive (PAE) to launch and scale strategic and channel partnerships. You'll own the entire partner lifecycle sourcing, pitching, negotiating, implementing, and growing relationships that directly drive revenue and customer acquisition. This role sits at the intersection of sales, business development, and account management, offering both strategic influence and hands-on execution. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams including Product, Marketing, and Engineering and with external executives to bring integrations and co-marketing programs to life. You'll constantly optimize performance through data, experimentation, and structured processes, ensuring each partnership delivers measurable impact. As one of the earliest hires on the Partnerships team, you won't just close deals you'll define what partnership excellence looks like at Baselane, build repeatable playbooks, and establish the systems and frameworks that will scale Baselane's next stage of growth. This is a role for a builder who wants to own a critical growth pillar.What You'll DoOwn the full partnership lifecycle: source, pitch, structure, and close high-impact strategic and channel partnerships that drive adoption and revenue.Develop and manage a robust partner pipeline: research, identify, and prioritize high-value targets across marketplaces, platforms, and associations. Build structured outreach cadences, craft personalized pitches, and deliver compelling decks and narratives.Drive deal execution: manage the full process from first meeting through commercial negotiation and contract signing, ensuring strong alignment with Baselane's strategy and financial goals.Quarterback implementation and launch: once a deal is signed, lead cross-functional coordination across Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to ensure smooth integrations, clear timelines, and on-time go-lives.Drive launch and post-launch success: execute co-marketing and partner enablement (playbooks, FAQs, training), monitor KPIs, run QBRs, and identify opportunities to expand scope and deepen collaboration.Scale partnerships: maintain and grow relationships through ongoing optimization, experimentation, and data-driven performance analysis to uncover new opportunities and improve results.Build repeatable systems and playbooks: document best practices for partner sourcing, onboarding, and activation to create scalable, efficient processes.Be the voice of the partner: capture and synthesize partner insights, product feedback, and feature requests. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Leadership to translate these insights into actionable improvements that enhance partner experience, unlock new opportunities, and inform Baselane's roadmap.What We're Looking For47 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or B2B SaaS/fintech sales with a proven record of driving revenue and adoption.A strategic and systems thinker who can design repeatable processes, frameworks, and go-to-market motions to scale partnership impact.Proven ability to manage the full partner lifecycle from pipeline building and negotiation to implementation and post-launch optimization.Proven ability to structure, negotiate, and close complex commercial agreements with clear ROI outcomes.Strong executive presence and communication skills; comfortable interfacing with and influencing C-suite and senior leadership at partner organizations.Technically fluent: able to collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on API-based integrations, understand basic data flows, and translate business needs into implementation requirements.Data-driven operator who uses analytics to evaluate partner performance, identify growth levers, and make evidence-based recommendations.Exceptional relationship builder and storyteller who can inspire partners and align internal stakeholders around shared outcomes.Entrepreneurial and resourceful: thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, building structure and clarity amid ambiguity.Passionate about creating long-term value for partners and acting as their advocate across Product, Marketing, and Strategy teams.Bonus If You HaveExperience or interest in real estate investing in the U.S. market.Exposure to fintech, proptech, or SaaS environmentsBenefits and PerksCompetitive compensationHigh-quality health insurance and health care spending accountLife insurance and disability coverage3 weeks PTOFlexible working hours and locationRemote working stipend to set up a home officeRegular team building and social events$130,000 - $140,000 a yearWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
