This team drives growth by deeply understanding our partners' needs and wants, and by providing thoughtful, strategic management to enable their success.What you'll get up to:Own the partnership growth strategy:Identify and prioritize potential partners and key impact personnel within the live events industry, including event organizers, promoters, venues, and related service providers.Continually evaluate and refine partnership strategy based on performance metrics and industry trends.Oversee partnership lifecycle:Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding and integration.Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics, taking proactive steps to address any issues, flag areas of improvement and optimize for successful revenue growth.Drive revenue expansion and account growth:Identify opportunities for account expansion within partner organizations, working closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to upsell and cross-sell our services.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each partner's unique needs and objectives to inform tailored growth strategies.Collaborate with internal teams:Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on partnership objectives and integration efforts.Share insights and feedback from partners to inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer success initiatives.What you need to be successful:5+ years of experience in partnership management or business development, ideally within the music, live events, or ticketing ecosystem. Experience in SaaS or email marketing is a strong asset.Track record of developing and achieving revenue growth through partnership channels, including identifying and expanding revenue opportunities with existing partners, and obtaining new partnership opportunities.Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer success, to drive partner success and achieve organizational goals.Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities within the market and partner ecosystems.Nice to haves:As we mainly work in the event & music industry, relationships are key.
