Senior Product Manager, Partnerships

Atlanta, Georgia, United States FanDuel Full time $112,000 - $140,000 per year

THE POSITION
Our roster has an opening with your name on it

The Senior Product Manager will partner closely with the Director of Product and Lead Product Manager to define, operationalize, and deliver against the product roadmap for FanDuel's most strategic third-party integrations. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — ensuring alignment between long-term partnership goals and the disciplined delivery of initiatives that bring them to life.

With a major focus on product operations and delivery management, the Senior Product Manager will establish and oversee the frameworks, cadences, and communication structures that keep roadmap execution on track and cross-functional teams aligned. They will drive day-to-day delivery of key initiatives, ensuring interoperability between FanDuel's ecosystem and our most important external partners in the sporting world.

Success in this role requires exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills, the ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, and the discipline to manage dependencies across complex integrations. This person will be a central force in turning partnership strategy into tangible customer value — ensuring delivery excellence, accountability, and sustained momentum across all third-party initiatives.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with strategic partners, collaborating closely to define business needs, integration requirements, timelines, and success criteria
  • Take a hands-on role in performing discovery, shaping requirements and driving the execution of product initiatives that align with company goals and customer needs
  • Define, maintain, socialize and gain approvals for the partnership's product roadmap
  • Work closely with the commercial, design, engineering, security, fraud, marketing, and support teams to ensure successful integration execution and go-to-market strategies
  • Track and report objectively on product performance to senior leadership on a regular basis; define and optimize tracking specs and capabilities when necessary
  • Ensure transparency and alignment with organizational stakeholders
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute post-launch optimizations and improvements
  • Establish and maintain domain expertise on the product, market, and competitors

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum of 6+ years of previous product management or technical project management experience
  • Technical Working Experience: Successful track record working with APIs, data feeds, live events, and/or low latency systems is highly encouraged
  • Previous Industry Experience: Big data, banking, payments, membership services or e-commerce sectors highly desired. Other industry experience is also welcome.
  • Someone who can self-manage and make regular progress on their assignments without guidance at every step along the way.
  • Strong communicator in both written and verbal. A natural storyteller, comfortable with building decks for and presenting in front of executive leadership teams.
  • Thinks like a detective. Can get to the bottom of complex problems with resiliency.
  • Believes that product management is a team sport, but also wants to be the quarterback of the team.
  • Has an innate habit for continuous reflection and improvement. Has a mindset that there's always something more to learn, someone new you should meet and get to know, and has new ideas that will take our partnerships to the next level.
  • Being a huge sports fan is desirable, but not a hard requirement.
