This is a permanent full-time position working with experienced crews to install and repair commercial roofing systems. The work is physical, outdoors, and offers long-term growth with a company that invests heavily in training.Responsibilities:Install and repair commercial roofing systemsTear-off old materials and prep roofsLoad and unload tools, equipment, and materialsLay insulation, glue, prime, roll seams, nail edgesInstall reinforced perimeter strips and follow fastening patternsOperate power tools and rooftop equipmentMaintain clean work areas and equipmentFollow instructions from Foreman and crew leadsCommunicate clearly and work safely at heightsWork outdoors in all weather conditionsOccasional weekend work when neededRequirements:Roofing or construction experience preferredComfortable climbing ladders and working at heightsAble to lift 5075 lbs. and perform physical laborReliable transportationSafety-minded, dependable, attention to detailPositive attitude and strong teamwork skillsWillingness to work outdoors year-roundMust pass a physical, drug test, and background checkBenefits:Sam's Club MembershipPaid Date NightsCompany EventsHealth InsuranceDental Insurance$30,000 Life Insurance401(k) with 3% Employer ContributionClothing AllowancePaid Time OffAfter 10 years of employment, choose a trip$20-24+ (depending on experience)
