Overview:

Our client in the banking sector is actively seeking a skilled IT Service Management Analyst with extensive experience in ServiceNow. This position is critical for enhancing the IT department's operations, processes, and service capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing IT processes and data within the banking or financial environment and will provide insightful recommendations to drive continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct in-depth analysis of IT processes and data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement within the ServiceNow platform.

* Recommend corrective actions, process changes, and technical solutions based on analytical findings.

* Assist in the configuration management, data verification, and development of solutions to enhance IT asset and configuration management efforts.

* Provide technical support for IT programs, including maintaining databases, systems, and processes.

* Serve as a technical expert, offering consultative guidance on advanced analytics, tools, and technological matters to both management and departmental teams.

* Develop and support the implementation of new tools, processes, and reports that enhance IT service capabilities.

* Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, facilitating cross-team collaboration to meet departmental and organizational needs.

* Enable strategic insights into IT operations and assist in the development of policies, procedures, and standards that support business strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.


Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

* At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and implementation in service management.

* At least 3 years of experience in the banking or financial services sector, with a strong focus on IT service management.

* Proven ability to analyze and improve IT service processes and data.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering actionable insights.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively across various teams and business units.

* Knowledge of industry best practices in IT service management and familiarity with new technologies.

* Demonstrated ability to manage projects and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Expertise in technical support and configuration management.
