Job Description: Site Logistics Contractor

Location: Hillsboro, OR

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Logistics Contractor to join our team and support our engagement at the data center in Hillsboro. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving Deliveries:
    • Physically and systematically receive devices and consumables.
    • Ensure materials are secured and stored appropriately upon delivery.
  • Expediting Shipments:
    • Conduct ad-hoc physical material verification through warehouses.
  • Storage Management:
    • Maintain and organize storage areas.
    • Create physical project pallets.
  • Material Movement:
    • Pull, prep, and coordinate the shipment of materials to other sites/warehouses (NSVIR’s).
    • Support and escalate emergent DC Ops material requests and other urgent matters.
  • Inventory Accuracy:
    • Perform weekly inventory scans (devices) and cycle counts.
    • Conduct discrepancy deep dives onsite/warehouse.
  • Return to Stock (RTS):
    • Manage RTS rack transactions and post-project unused material RTS.
  • Additional Duties:
    • Unbox and stage devices, cables, and equipment.
    • Tag and scan inventory.
    • Assist with inventory management.
    • Prepare outbound shipments (boxing and prep).
    • Stage equipment in the data halls.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
