General urology with opportunity to sub-specialize Inpatient and Outpatient Care Access to da Vinci robot at multiple operating locations On-site lab and imaging Advanced OR suites with urology block time daily Hospital APP supported practice Urology Technician supported inpatient practice Referrals from over 30 primary care and specialty clinics within the CentraCare system and multiple external referral sources Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Shared Call Schedule: 1:9 Strong, Supportive, Established Team Work alongside nine accomplished Urologists and six Advanced Practice Providers, supporting the largesturology practice in Greater Minnesota. The position offers a guaranteed base salary in the first year, with the potential for substantial earnings starting in year two, based on productivity and performance metrics. New to practice?
