CentraCare is seeking a skilled board certified or board eligible Urologists to join our highly respected and growing team. Enjoy a well-established referral base, state-of-the-art surgical facilities, and the ability to build a thriving practice in a supportive environment.
- General urology with opportunity to sub-specialize
- Inpatient and Outpatient Care
- Access to da Vinci robot at multiple operating locations
- On-site lab and imaging
- Advanced OR suites with urology block time daily
- Hospital APP supported practice
- Urology Technician supported inpatient practice
- Referrals from over 30 primary care and specialty clinics within the CentraCare system and multiple external referral sources
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Shared Call Schedule: 1:9
Work alongside nine accomplished Urologists and six Advanced Practice Providers, supporting the largesturology practice in Greater Minnesota.

The position offers a guaranteed base salary in the first year, with the potential for substantial earnings starting in year two, based on productivity and performance metrics.

Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $525,000 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
- Salary range: $525,000 - $710,000 per year
- Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
