The company is seeking a dedicated Key Account Manager to drive business development, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to their continued success.Job Description:The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. This individual will serve as the primary contact for all account management matters, collaborating closely with internal teams to meet customer needs and objectives. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key customer accounts.Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with clients.Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing customers.Prepare and present commercial proposals and price quotations.Represent the company at customer meetings, workshops, and industry events.Negotiate agreements to achieve business growth and profitability.Provide technical support and guidance on product selection and use.Monitor market trends and provide feedback on competitor activities.Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to meet customer objectives.Report regularly on account status, including meetings and significant developments.Forecast and analyze sales trends to inform business decisions.Collaborate with the sales team to maximize business opportunities in the territory.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field (Master's Degree preferred).5-10 years of experience in account management or sales, ideally within the automotive industry.Proven track record of success in a Key Account Manager or similar role.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong ability to build relationships and manage multiple priorities.Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.Experience in Wire Harness environments or Pressure Sensitive Tapes is a plus.Ability to work effectively with both local and international teams.Additional Details:Must be willing to travel both locally and internationally, including occasional weekend travel.Valid passport required for international travel.This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation based on experience.Perks:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Dynamic, team-oriented work environment.International travel opportunities for collaboration and training.Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
