Clutch is looking for a Digital Account Manager for an agency client of ours.
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Commerce Manager to spearhead our online sales growth strategy, primarily on Amazon but expanding to other omni-channel retailers. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing Amazon businesses and leveraging e-commerce platforms like Salsify.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital commerce strategy to maximize online sales across multiple platforms.
- Own the Amazon catalog management process, ensuring accurate and compelling product listings across Toys & Games and Stationery categories.
- Proactively monitor and optimize product listings, addressing any issues related to brand health and product information.
- Serve as a Salsify power user, maintaining product data accuracy and enriching content for optimal retail partner performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling product content, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and high-quality imagery.
- Manage Amazon A+ content development and optimization to enhance brand visibility and drive conversions.
- Ensure strict adherence to Amazon's product compliance regulations by maintaining accurate documentation and working closely with the Quality Assurance team.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and Amazon platform updates to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage ad hoc projects, such as Amazon Packaging Certification, promotion tracking, chargeback analysis, and appeal coordination.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Salsify e-commerce platform.
- 3-5 years of managing Amazon businesses, including proficiency in Vendor Central.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Bachelor's degree required.
