We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to perform high-quality mammography exams, including stereotactic biopsy and needle localization, to help deliver vital diagnostic services. Key Responsibilities: Perform a wide range of mammography procedures, including stereotactic biopsies, ductograms, and needle localizations. Ensure high standards of image quality through proper QC procedures. Operate independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced clinical environment. Maintain competency in all aspects of mammography and related imaging procedures. Adhere to all safety and clinical protocols to ensure patient and staff safety. Required Skills: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in mammography. Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Mammography. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Proficiency in stereotactic biopsy and ability to perform quality control procedures. Strong attention to detail and excellent patient care skills. Ability to work autonomously and efficiently under minimal supervision. Nice to Have Skills: Experience with digital breast tomosynthesis. Knowledge of new imaging technologies and procedures. Prior experience in high-volume imaging centers. Preferred Education and Experience: Certified radiologic technologist with specialized mammography certification. At least 2 years of experience in a similar clinical setting. Proven track record of performing all types of mammography procedures, including needle localizations and ductograms. Other Requirements: Ability to work daytime shifts from 8:21 AM to 6:30 PM. Licensure and certification compliant with state and federal regulations. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment. Reliable transportation and ability to handle travel reimbursements if applicable.
