Douglas Manor is a 90-bed skilled nursing facility in Windham, Connecticut, dedicated to providing top-tier short-term rehabilitation and long-term care services.
Job Summary:
- Oversee daytoday nursing activities
- Develop work assignments
- Ensure proper staffing levels
- Maintain positive working relationships
Responsibilities:
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed
- Ensure quality nursing care is provided
- Supervise medication administration procedures
- Provide necessary leadership training
- Implement infection control procedures
Requirements:
- Nursing Degree from an accredited institution
- Graduate of a Connecticut approved RN program
- Current Nurses Aide certification
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physical ability to perform required tasks
