This is a pivotal role that involves providing executive-level support, managing office operations, and acting as a liaison between internal teams, external clients, and key resources. Key Responsibilities:


Executive Support

  • Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft, edit, and organize executive-level correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Assist with special projects, research, and event planning as needed.


Office Coordination

  • Oversee daily office operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations.
  • Maintain consistent communication with property management to ensure a well-functioning office environment.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions, including catering and logistics.
  • Be the point of contact for office-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
  • Foster a welcoming, organized, and professional office atmosphere that reflects PRI Global’s values.


Administrative Tasks

  • Answer/direct phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain office records, files, and manage documentation processes.
  • Process expense reports and track office budget.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or similar role in a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal skills.
